Grievance

1. The grievance of the students is handled at the level of the class teacher first.

2. If the grievance is of larger dimension it is brought to the notice of the Vice Principal and then the Principal.

3. The members of the Discipline Committee, the respective class teacher, Vice Principal and parents try to solve the problem in the interest of the students.

4. The Counseling Dept, then suggests corrective steps if required.

5. There is a complaint/suggestion box at the main entrance for parents and students to voice their grievance in writing if they want to remain anonymous.
