MINUTES OF THE VIDYALAYA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

Held on 28/02/2006

A meeting of the Vidyalaya Executive Committee was held on 28/02/2006 at 11.00 a.m. in the Principal’s office under the Chairmanship of Shri M.M. Dabral, Additional DIG/Chairman, VMC. The meeting was attended by the following members;

1. Shri Samadhya, Assistant Engineer, MP Housing Board (Construction Agency)

2. Shri Arun Avasthi, Junior Engineer, MP Housing Board (Construction Agency)

3. Shri K.K. Meena, Parent Member

4. Mrs. Sandhya Vashist, Teacher Representative

5. Mrs. R.K. Sharma, Principal & Member Secretary, VMC

The members were introduced by the Principal to the hon’ble Chairman and following Agenda Items were discussed;

1. The discussion was held regarding shortcomings/faults which was observed by the Vidyalaya Monitoring Committee and the Assistant Engineer of MP Housing Board (Construction Agency) was requested to attend all these faults. The Assistant Engineer agreed and assured the VEC that same will be attended in all properly.

2. The detailed inventory was submitted by the Assistant Engineer.

3. The members of MP Housing Board were requested to submit the full & final expenditure statement.

4. After long discussion, the Vidyalaya Executive Committee recommends to take over the new School building officially with the immediate effect and the Principal was asked to make a request to the Assistant Commissioner, KVS Delhi Region to depute a official member to inspect the new school building and be present at the time of Handing/Taking over of the building as a representative of KVS (RO) as per KVS rules.

The meeting was ended with the thanks of the Chair.
