6. Pratham SopanTesting Camp was organized in KV Jharodakalan from 12.1.09 to 13.1.09 in which many interesting activities were conducted and deserving students were given certificates by the Principal.

22.2.09 being Sunday the birthday of Sir Baden Powell the founder of scout and guide was celebrated on 21.2.09.The scouts guides cubs and bulbuls showed great enthusiasm in the celebrations They took the pledge sang jhanda geet. Speeches were delivered, poems were recited. The whole school followed the yells and applauds. The programme concluded with the blessings of the principal and refreshments to scouts guides cubs and bulbuls.

All scouts guides cubs and bulbuls come in uniform on Wednesdays and Saturdays. All concerned activities like pledge prayer jhanda geet and rules are conducted on these days. At times yoga and BP-6 is also taught. Sports and hiking activities are also conducted.

Tying knots, formation of pyramids and related activities are conducted during camps.
