Kendriya Vidyalaya, CRPF was established in 1975. Since its inception till September, 2005 it was run in CRPF barracks. It shifted to its new building on October, 5th 2005. The new school building is an imposing, three storeyed structure with spacious, well lit classrooms equipped with all modern facilities.
It is best equipped, creating a conducive environment for learning. At present we are imparting education upto +2 level with Science, Commerce and Humanities streams.

IMPORTANT MILESTONES 

1. Inception of the KV in 1975 in CRPF barracks with one section each from class I to VIII.

2. Land leased by CRPF and registered in the name of KV in 2002.

3. Moved into its permanent building on 5 Oct, 2005.

4. One class added each year.

5. First batch of board class X passed out in 1978-1979.

6. Science and humanities streams commenced during the session 1979-80.

7. First batch of class XII CBSE board passed in 1981-1982.

8. Commerce stream started in 1983-1984.

9. The computer lab with 05 computers became functional in 2000.

10. The second computer lab with 25 computers started in 2001.

11. Maths lab and junior science lab came up in 2005-2006.

12. Resource room in secondary section with 05 computers exclusively for staff members became functional in 2007.

13. The third computer lab was inaugurated with 40 computers in 2008.

14. Resource room for primary section became operational in 2008.

15. Cycle stand shaded parking for staff and stage came into effect in 2008.
